A Community Nestled In The San Gabriel Valley Foothills

We are a homeowner's association located in Azusa, situated at the base of the foothills in the San Gabriel Valley. In existence since 1964, our HOA is made up of 160 condominiums: 2 to 4 bedroom units in several configurations. Our park-like property boasts a clubhouse, basketball court, and multi-pool area. Shopping, cafés, universities, the Metro Gold Line, and charming downtown Azusa are all within walking distance. The Metro and Metrolink provide easy access to Pasadena, downtown Los Angeles, and even further locales throughout Southern California like Santa Monica, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego.
